Don't worry about potty training. I got my panties (pun intended) in a wad over it the MINUTE Ella turned two. She just...wasn't ready. Gave up, tried again in about five months and voila! It took two days for her to get it. She'll do it when she is ready. Truthfully, I found diapers to be somewhat easier, as running full speed with a crying two year old to the front of Walmart to set her on a filthy toilet is not my idea of a fun time. Psssh. Just wait till she's a bit older and initiates the potty-ing herself.
